Served as lead transmission engineer for the design of a 34.5 kV overhead collection line supporting interconnection of a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) into an existing solar substation. Scope included:

- Double-circuit line design with 2167 kcmil ACSR conductors
- Development of project-specific design criteria document
- NESC 2023 loading and clearance requirements
- Altitude-adjusted performance considerations
- Direct-embedded wood pole structure configurations
- PLS-CADD modeling and structure spotting
- Foundation assumptions and geotechnical coordination

Delivered 30% through 90% design packages with advancement toward IFC, establishing a consistent technical framework for construction-ready deliverables.
