Substation Structural & Foundation Engineering (69 kV – 345 kV)

Full-scope substation structural and foundation engineering across multiple renewable energy and utility projects. Scope included:

- Transformer foundations with oil containment systems
- Steel support structures, bus supports, and lightning mast foundations
- Drilled shaft and helical pile foundation systems
- Seismic qualification verification per IEEE 693-2018 and ASCE 7
- Foundation reaction envelope development from PLS-CADD outputs
- Engineer of Record (EOR) services through IFC
- Oil containment foundation systems for inverters
- Switch and bus support structure analysis per ASCE 113 (138 kV, 230 kV, 500 kV)
- Anchor bolt and base plate design
- QA/QC reviews and peer review of structural designs

Design performed in accordance with NESC, ASCE 113, IEEE 693, AISC, and AASHTO standards.
